ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to release the petitioner's motor cycle vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 65 AP 9195 (Scooty Pept) within the stipulated time.

2. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate that there are three cases of similar nature filed against the petitioner. Therefore, this Court apprehends that if the vehicle is released, once again the vehicle will be put to the same use. Therefore, the release of the vehicle shall await the results of the criminal proceedings.

3. For the above reason, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
