This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry and take further action on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 16.02.2026 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 16.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
