monitor and ban the fourth respondent to use the word 'Human Rights' and National Emblem of India, forthwith.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.S.Ramakrishna Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner limiting his prayer, submitted that if a direction is given to the respondents concerned to consider the pending representation of the petitioner, dated 26.02.2019, that would suffice. 3.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and seeks two weeks time to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.02.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the same.

4.In view of the above, the respondent concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.02.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
