ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application for surveying the land and for laying boundary stones in respect of the property in S.No.295/1 and filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to survey the land and to lay the boundary stone.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented on either side that the petitioner's representation has been considered, the petitioner's land has been measured and necessary orders have been passed in Na.Ka.No.1591/2023, dated 10.07.2023.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
