ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to enquire the matter as per the complaint and representation dated 17.02.2026. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner's complaint was taken on file. But, the petitioner has not provided sufficient documents and evidence.

3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit sufficient documents and evidence to establish the case within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent police shall consider the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks therefrom. If any criminal offence is made out, 2/4

appropriate action shall be taken.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
