ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16630 of 2024, dated 01.10.2024. 1/4

2. It is evident from the records that this Court has earlier called for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and in pursuance of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, has submitted a report stating that the charge sheet was filed through e-filing portal on 24.10.2024 and that the same was returned on 17.11.2024 as the case property itself was not produced and that thereafter, final report came to be re-submitted and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.19 of 2025 on 03.04.2025. 3.Considering the report, this Court directed the respondent/contemnor to file an affidavit and in pursuance of the same, the respondent/contemnor has filed the affidavit admitting the delay and expressing his unconditional apology for filing the final report with delay.
