ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by on Jeya Ramasamy, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police by issuing summons with a direction to produce documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.There is an undertaking on the part of the respondents that presence of the petitioner would be required only for the enquiry on one day and if the documents are produced, the petitioner will not be again called for enquiry. 5.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
