RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 218 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 03/05/2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District in Cr.M.P. No.3208 of 2019 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MANI ANANDH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 218 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order, dated 03.05.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District in Cr.M.P.No.3208 of 2019.

2. Heard both side.

3. Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed for allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL MP(MD) No.2921 of 2020 this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.5,00/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
