2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.K.Thiruvenvengadam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner was arrested yesterday i.e., 06.03.2025.
3. Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the petitioner was arrested today i.e., 07.03.2025.
4. In view of the above submissions, one fact i.e., the factum of arrest of the petitioner is admitted by both sides. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition becomes infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
