ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District to expedite the proceedings in D.V.A.No.18 of 2016.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that D.V.A.No.18 of 2016 is pending from the year 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District and prays for a speedy disposal of the same.

3.In view of the fact that DVA is of the year 2016, there will be a direction to the Court below to dispose of D.V.A.No.18 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report compliance of this order immediately after completion of the proceedings, to this Registry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
