To call for the records pertaining to the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.10 of 2015 pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for ''Extension of time '' and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 09/04/2021, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate , Thottiyam vide in Letter D.No. 493/2023 dated 05/05/2023, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time', to dispose of the case in CC No.10 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District (Now assigned as CC No.52 of 2022 pending on the file of the District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Thottiyam). https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5194 of 2021 2.By order, dated 09/04/2021, this court directed the Judicial Magistrate Court, Musiri, Trichy District, to dispose of the case in CC No.10 of 2015, pending on its file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate,Thottiyam, seeks further time to dispose of the above said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thottiyam, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted. The DM-cum-JM, Thottiyam, is directed to comply with the directions of this court without any further delay.
