ORDER

The revision petitioner / defendant has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking prayer to direct the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedachandur dispose of the O.S.No.292 of 2010 within a time stipulated.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the revision petitioner / defendant, no notice is issued to the respondent / plaintiff. As the suit is of the year 2010 and the issues have been framed in the year 2013, it has been adjourned time and again for mediation and the trial is yet to be commenced. The revision petitioner / defendant who is doing textile business in the suit properties put to hardship, because of the long pendency of the suit.

3. Therefore,the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedachandur is directed to expedite the trial and decide the matter and dispose of the same, on a day to day basis, however, not beyond 31st July 2015 and report compliance to this Court. No costs.
