(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 2 to take action against the third respondent and his subordinates, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2020.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned to work out his remedy, in the manner known to law.
