This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the matter relates to job racketing case. Therefore, the case was transferred to District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram. Hence, the petitioner may be directed to file an appropriate petition before the appropriate jurisdiction Court.

3. Recording the same, the criminal original petition stands dismissed however granting the petitioner, the liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
