ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is shown as A5, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police on the basis of NBW issued on 16.08.2017 in P.R.C.No.36 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent on 16.08.2017. Hence, non-bailable warrant was issued. The petitioner undertakes that he will regularly appear not only on all hearings before the committal court but also during the trial. If the said undertaking is not complied with, it is for him to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. 3.

Recording the said undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the committal court on the next hearing date and shall file an application to recall the warrant and the learned Magistrate concerned is directed to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the same and recall the warrant on the same day.

that if the said undertaking is not complied with, this order shall stand automatically vacated.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
