For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 73 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120 B, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.73 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner abused using filthy language and assaulted him and criminally intimated him. Hence, the case.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

CRL OP(MD). No.4979 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that it is purely civil in nature. 5.Taking note of the fact of the case of the prosecution that the alleged sale deed was of the year 1988 and the petitioner has only attested the document, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the even of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.
6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on or before 30.03.2020, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
