ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.10.2017.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that an enquiry was conducted, but the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police. The respondent police has advised the proposed accused not to create any dispute with the petitioner, pending disposal of the civil case. Therefore, the complaint was closed.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to record the aforesaid statements.
4.In view of the submissions made by the parties, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
