3. The petitioner, detenue and the third respondent have appeared before this Court through video conferencing, as they are present in the Office of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Hence, we find that there is no illegal detention. Accordingly, the Habeaus Corpus petition is dismissed.
