O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the pretext of enquiry, on the third respondent's complaint.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that already a similar petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7117 of 2020 seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent therein not to interfere in the civil dispute was filed and this Court by order dated 27.04.2018 directed the second respondent therein not to harass the petitioner. Now, after a passage of two years the present criminal original petition has been filed and the second respondent, due to the pressure given by one Sivakumar husband of the third respondent herein, has issued summons to the petitioner to appear on 21.03.2020 for enquiry and therefore, the Law Enforcing Agency is interfering with the civil dispute.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] would submit that summons was issued by the second respondent to the petitioner to appear on 21.03.2020 for enquiry on 14.03.2020 and the petitioner also accepted to appear for enquiry on 21.03.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
