ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint dated 05.12.2017 before the respondents. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and taking the closure report on file, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
