This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register, the case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.09.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.09.2016, the 2nd respondent police registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ FIR in Crime No.323 of 2016 under Sections 420, 423, 425 and 464 IPC, on 13.11.2016.
