J U D G M E N T

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 21.11.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.28429 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Government submitted that one another writ appeal is about to be numbered and sought adjournment.

3. When we were about to concede that request, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner drew our attention to the fact that the order dated 21.11.2024 is actually a common order allowing all the three writ petitions filed by the writ petitioner. He pointed out that against the order dated 21.11.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.18244 of 2024, the Government filed W.A.(MD)No.918 of 2025 and it already suffered dismissal on 08.04.2025. A copy of the order has also been made available.

4. As a result of the dismissal of W.A.(MD)NO.918 of 2025, the writ petitioner has to be allowed to retire. In these circumstances, it is not possible for us to consider the contentions urged in this writ appeal. In view of the order dated 08.04.2025 made in W.A.(MD) No.918 of 2025, this writ appeal is also dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
