This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.629 of 2024, dated 11.01.2024, by the contemnor/respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Christy Theboral, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court made in W.P. (MD).No.629 of 2024, dated 11.01.2024, has been duly complied with and she has also produced the copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul in Na.Ka.No.7230/2023/A4, dated 23.02.2024.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, 2/4
