This Civil Revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to strike off the Plaint in O.S.No.555 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul. ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul vide letter in D.No.11177/2018 dated 20.11.2018, this Court made the following order:

The Principal District Judge, Dindigul by letter dated 20.11.2018 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass judgment in O.S. No. 555 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order dated 23.04.2018 in C.R.P. (MD). No. 1936 of 2015.

Accepting the reasons stated, time is extended for passing judgment in the said suit till 30.04.2019 and the report of compliance shall be sent to the Registry within a week from the date of passing judgment.
