ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents more particularly the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not produced the relevant records, particularly the Aadhaar card and other particulars. 3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to produce the relevant records namely, Aadhaar card and other particulars. On such production, the respondents Police are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. any criminal offence is made out, the same shall be processed as per law. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
