ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 420 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State submitted that enquiry was conducted and it was closed by recording the undertaking of the petitioner that he will settle the case. It is made clear that if the undertaking is breached, it is open to the respondent police to re-open the case and proceed with the same in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
