ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, against the Fair and Decretal order, dated 22.09.2014, passed in I.A.No.2165 of 2013 in O.S.No.160 of 2007, on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.160 of 2007 was disposed of by the Trial Court. Therefore, the prayer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sought for in this Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous.
3. Recording the above said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
