ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2018 and to direct to file a final report.

2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. But till date, the respondent police have not taken any action. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the second respondent, the petitioner came before this Court. 3.If the complaint lodged by the petitioner makes out any cognizable offence, the second respondent shall register the F.I.R. close the complaint and inform the same to the petitioner accordingly. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from today.
