2.When the matters came up on 08.10.2015, there was no representation for the petitioners and the cases were adjourned after two weeks. Thereafter, the matters have not been listed and the petitioners have not taken any steps to list the matters. representation for the petitioners. Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the case. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petitions.
