This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.08.2017 being the subject matter of C.S.R.445/2017 dated 01.08.2017 and investigate the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and closed on 11.10.2017, advising both the parties to go before the concerned Civil Court. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned Civil Court seeking appropriate relief if so advised.
