This civil revision petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Karur to dispose of O.S.No.397 of 2013 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.After going through 'B' diary extract, this Court is able to see that the matter was posted for trial in 2016 and it is being adjourned from time to time without any progress. Hence, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The learned Principal District Munsif, Karur, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.397 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 3.With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of.
