PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint of the second respondent.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint preferred by the second respondent has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the Closure Report has also been placed before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
