The Civil Revision Petition had been preferred to call for the records relating with the ex-order and fair order dated 27.02.2014 made in I.A.No.88 of 2013 in O.S.No. 6 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
