ORDER
This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry into the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2025 in C.S.R.No.1012 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent Police and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent Police conducted an enquiry and closed the same.
3.However, the contention of the petitioner is that he was not called for any enquiry and that he has CCTV footage to substantiate his allegations against the third respondent.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police are directed to reopen the enquiry, verify the CCTV footage and other evidence and proceed with the case in accordance with law. If any cognizable offence is made out, appropriate steps shall be taken, including the registration of a case. The above said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
