This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.10.2017 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered on the file of the third respondent police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also does not dispute the fact that the case has been registered by the respondent police.
