Mrs.Bhagavathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has given an application dated 04.05.2018 to the third respondent for issuance of a mini bus permit to operate from Vadasery Christopher Bus Stand to Sarakkalvilai Government Officers Quarters. The third respondent is the competent authority to pass orders on the petitioner's application. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Hence, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.05.2018 within a period of eight

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No costs.
