ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to furnish the details of persons using Cell Nos.7092333096, 7402306648, 8760901424 and 8508624572 from December 2016, register and F.I.R. for criminal action against persons responsible for using abusive language and threatening the petitioner and his wife and file a report, within the statutory period.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted and it was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Writ Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication. No costs. No Costs.
