She is identified by her counsel and Mrs.Kasamma, Head Constable, All Women Police Station, Tirupparankundaram, Madurai City. She has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. A compromise memo has also filed. The same is taken on record. It will form part of the order. 2.Since the defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR, the impugned FIR stands quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed.
