ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order of suspension, dated 14.08.2018 passed by the respondent and the subsequent charge memo, dated 01.02.2019 issued by the respondent and consequently, direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that fine amount and shortage amount have been paid by the petitioner on 11.04.2019. Hence, the learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to consider the claim of the petitioner for revocation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suspension and consequential benefits.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent agreed upon the same and submitted that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation for the said relief, if not made earlier, the respondents would consider the same.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions now made on either side, this Court, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation seeking revocation of suspension and consequential benefits, if already not submitted, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such submission, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks therefrom.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
