ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.06.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the complaint was only forwarded to the third respondent and he would further submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed by the third respondent.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
