Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent police, Inspector of Police, Athirampattinam Police Station, Thanjavur District to make proper investigation by recording statement from petitioner and occurrence witnesses as per section 161(3) Cr.P.C, and consequently alter the FIR in Crime No.85 of 2017 dated 09.04.2017.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to 2nd respondent police, to make proper investigation and consequently alter the FIR in Crime No.85 of 2017 dated 09.04.2017.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 85 of 2017 , within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the de facto complainant.
