Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks provisions of electricity connection for the petition mentioned house.
3.The learned Standing Counsel would state that in view of the objection raised by the local villagers,the petitioner's request was not granted.

approach the third respondent with the necessary ownership document. 5.If the third respondent is satisfied that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property, then the third respondent is directed to grant electricity service connection to the petitioner subject to fulfilment of all other formalities. 6.It is made clear that the third respondent would hear the objectors also before acceding to the petitioner's request. 7.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
