This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant police protection to the petitioner's proper in survey No.393/5, Ayyanpapakudi Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2026.

2. As far as the police protection for the property is concerned, the same cannot be granted since it would be a daily affair. Therefore the petitioner is directed to submit a representation whenever there is a threat to his property. Once such representation is submitted, the respondent shall 2/4

take action as per law.

3. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
