This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, to dispose the case in C.C.No.206 of 2010. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to allow this petition with the following directions.

4. As a result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, on or before 03.01.2018 and on such surrender, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
