This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the first petitioner dated 22.05.2017 and thereafter conduct investigation in accordance with law and file the final report before the court concerned.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry has been conducted on the petitioner's complaint and subsequently it has been closed, based on the statement given by the first petitioner.
