ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking action to remove the encroachment of the public well and public street by the respondent No.4, this writ petition is filed.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that encroachment is found to have been made both by the petitioner and the respondent No.4. In fact, the father of the respondent No.4 has made encroachment earlier. Having found the same on inspection, appropriate action will be taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above submissions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the third respondent to remove the encroachment after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondent No.4 or his father, as the case may be. The needful will have to be done within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connection Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. No costs.
