For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.56 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 1998, in Crime No.56 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to dispute in connection with drainage sewerage water, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant using filthy language and assaulted her with hands, thereby she sustained injury and subsequently she has been admitted in the Hospital. Hence, the case.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

CRL OP(MD). No.4973 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the injured has already been discharged from the Hospital.

5.Taking note of the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the Hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the even of arrest or on their appearance before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on or before 31.03.2020, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
