This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 22.07.2025, in W.P.(MD) No.19876 of 2025, passed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent / contemnor, placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.006910/Aa1/2025, dated 18.02.2026, issued by the respondent / contemnor considering the representation submitted by the petitioner. In the light of the same, this Court is satisfied that the respondent / contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court.

3. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Incase the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No. 006910/Aa1/2025, dated 18.02.2026, issued by the respondent / contemnor, it is left open to her to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 06.03.2026 NCC :
