ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure the accused by executing the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, FTC at Magisterial Level, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.4793 of 2016 in STC.NO.26 of 2012 on 23.05.2017 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the accused namely Subramaniyan pending in Cr.M.P.NO.4793 of 2016 in STC.NO.26 of 2012 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The Court below shall ensure that the second respondent shall execute the Non Bailable Warrant and produce the above said accused before the Court within the time stipulated in this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
