This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members without due process of law based on the petitioner's representation dated 05/08/2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.34 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. and hence there is no question of harassment.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
